Community Chat with CMHA

The Elgin - St. Thomas Safe Communities Coalition is pleased to present a new “Community Chat” series of helpful and informative video conferences aimed at providing valuable information during this COVID crisis.
Our first discussion will feature Shelley Barrett-Green from the Canadian Mental Health Association. She will discuss how you can take care of your mental health during COVID-19 and where to find the resources that work best for you.
