The St. Thomas & District Chamber of Commerce, with the generous support of the Elgin/St. Thomas Small Business Enterprise Centre, is launching our first-ever Christmas Catalogue. Titled “A Few of Our Favourite Things” our online guide makes shopping local this holiday season easy.
