For more than 120 years, our nurses, therapists and other health care providers have cared for Canadians in their own homes. The St. Thomas site of VON Middlesex-Elgin has been caring for the residents of Elgin County for over 110 years. Employees and volunteers provide a wide range of services including Meals on Wheels, Transportation Services, Visiting Programs, Exercise Clinics, Nursing, Personal Support and Assisted Living.
